He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Banc of California, Inc. and Banc of California, N.A. until September 1, 2016. Since November 2012, Mr. McKinney served as Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of International Lease Finance Corporation ( ILFC ). Subsequent to the acquisition of ILFC by AerCap Aviation Solutions in May 2014, Mr. McKinney managed stub period financial statement audit in addition to leading the finance transformation initiative. Previously, he had been worked at RBS Citizens Asset Finance from 2004 to 2012 including served as its Vice President, Head of Balance Sheet Management, Operations and Strategy. Previously, he served in various financial and accounting roles at KPMG and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Mr. McKinney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Computer Science from DePauw University and Master's in Accounting Science from Northern Illinois University.
