Excellent place for work and growth
it was very simple and quick
Lots of politics at this place. Executive leadership lacks any coherent plan and is unwilling to ever make hard decisions. I wouldn't recommend trying to grow your career at this firm. Kenco is a dying company that is slow to change and a pretty poor culture.
I thoroughly enjoyed working for Kenco and would love to rejoin this great team someday. It is rare to find a company from the owner to everyone on the leadership genuinely care about your well being.
