What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lots of politics at this place. Executive leadership lacks any coherent plan and is unwilling to ever make hard decisions. I wouldn't recommend trying to grow your career at this firm. Kenco is a dying company that is slow to change and a pretty poor culture.

it was very simple and quick
I enjoyed getting to meet the entire executive team in a round table interview for some great conversation
