What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are great at their jobs.
They do know how to lead and motivate others.
Our regional staff are easily accessible, knowledgeable, and truly care about employees as well as the services we provide to the community
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to the people who actually do the work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The leave time earned monthly.
Pay is low but the benefits are great.
Since I waive my medical coverage due to being on my spouse’s plan, $2100 is placed in a Flex Spending Account to cover any medical expense.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees don't receive pay raises fairly in accordance with all the work they do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team truly cares about the clients we serve. My team goes above and beyond to help each other in our job performance.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many don't do a thorough job and that has a negative effect on those that try to do things the right way.
Less meetings so we can get our work done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home so the environment is great.
The feeling of helping others.
Coworkers are friendly, caring, and supportive of one another. We believe in giving our best to the clients we serve.

I feel like I’m making a difference in my community and I enjoy my coworkers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We no longer value people and until we choose to do so, nothing will improve.
