What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not pressuring people into getting promoted quicker. Dont set unrealistic deadlines. And dont start early i the morning and end late at night. Lets get Saturdays off too

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because this company is results driven.They dont apprecaite the effort we put in. On top of that, the base pay for account executives is so low. Raise that. Its performabce based, which is just stupid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the coworkers are very funny and outgoing

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just the work hours and not having any ridiculous standards. Pick better locations for us to get donations. I feel like some of my coworjers are favored over me
