What are some of the best things about your team?
Woeking with capable and qualified coworkers removes some of the depression brought on by the management levels constant games.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team work solidarity might be nice if it came naturally to management
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That there is a union to protect employees from incompetent management.

Have the company pay the wages that they promise when they hire you. Keolis Transit likes to promise things and not follow through.

Have local government agencies stop giving contracts to Keolis Transit America and bring in contracting companies that truly value quality/ hard working employees.
