Depends on what role you are applying for and in which city, but please dress professionally. Don't overdo it but try to come across as if you paid extra attention to how you present yourself.

Overall, Ketchum is a pretty 'flat' organization...titles are less important that work attitude and aptitude. People collaborate freely around the globe and the attitude is positive and playful. Some offices have a more supportive offices than others...but overall you can't ask for a more positive work environment.
