The best part about my compensation package is of course my hourly rate but also the ability to start a 401K plan.
Recognition of hard work and the occasional thanks would be a start
Treated poorly, given unrealistic expectations, extremely hot working conditions, no breaks, it's basically a sweat shop. The health benefits are garbage. Better health insurance and allowing my spouse on the policy would make be feel better about compensation.
I believe the promotion process is generally too slow to recognize high-performing team members and new opportunities are difficult to transition into.
