How employees describe working at Keurig Green Mountain

A company that used to care about its employees. It had great benefits, profit sharing bonuses and we all got a coffee bonus once a month. The new leadership took away all the benefits, the incentive for caring about how well you did your job and all bonuses and wonders why they can't keep employee.
