They are great at hiring from within, my experience it hasn't been based off of who they like. If you pass the management testing and are committed to moving up in the company you will.

They pick employees they like or are friends with, most of the time those who have been there longer.

Not based off actual performance or skill set but more so a favored type of system.

I have seen another coworker fired because an employee who had been there longer did not like them, physically assaulted them, and threatened them with guns. The more tenured employee gave management an ultimatum, stating 'it's him or me. I'm not working with a new guy', which ultimately ended in the newer employee being fired.

I've seen people get fired because they didn't offer coffee or a piece of cheesecake as busy as that restaurant is you tend to forget things you have so many steps of service to do

Because you make money only but the HR Dept and management at certain locations are horrible and do not support there employees but u will make money

Its good I can't complain

Depends on the day of the week or how busy it has been. People including managers tend to become to stressed to have an up to par performance. There is constantly fighting in the back between employees, people constantly being fired almost daily and certain work groups dont have enough experience to train new employees but still continue to do so with what they know. Over time that creates a ton of issues and problems far as expectations and knowing how to do the tasks your position requires.

That no matter how good I am, no matter how hard I work and help others out it will never be enough. One complaint whether true or not and you can lose your job. Years, dedication none of it really matters

I should have looked at the long-term goals and benefits that that company has for hourly Associates so bad sad situation
