Recognition of hard work and the occasional thanks would be a start

Treated poorly, given unrealistic expectations, extremely hot working conditions, no breaks, it's basically a sweat shop. The health benefits are garbage. Better health insurance and allowing my spouse on the policy would make be feel better about compensation.

I believe the promotion process is generally too slow to recognize high-performing team members and new opportunities are difficult to transition into.

What are some of the best things about your team?

One Team - working together. Bring each other along, engage and value each other.

Raw talent. While not appreciated if our data don't support executive hunches, I appreciate the professionalism of my shrinking team

Coworkers are all justifiably disgruntled which makes my job much harder than it needs to be. Callous management.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The COVID-19 Pandemic taught us a new way of working & communicating together and truly created an inclusive environment.

Preparedness for the shift ahead and bringing a sense of fun and motivation for what we already understand to be a demanding shift, and having an optomistic outlook beyond any potential conflicts.

There is a recognition across the company that innovation is extremely important to our high-level strategic goals, and this innovative spirit permeates much of what the culture is focused on.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better working conditions, more staffing, realistic goals an expectations, better health insurance.

Revert to the data-based decisions that built the company. And make quality important again

What did you like most about the interview process?

The animated and digital interaction made the interview process very interesting.

I like how a pre-interview test is required because it tells me they're selective. I think my scoring on that test helped land me an immediate full-time position, vs starting as a temp-hire.

HR is a huge roadblock. They filter out candidates based on key words, so much talent never sees the hiring manager.

What makes you most happy at work?

I like having the responsibility of running and maintaining production of my own robot machine on a specific line. The constant production analysis encourages my competitive side. I like unpredictable challenges and I take pride in applying my skills in a consistent manner and overcoming obstacles.

About everything. Realistic expectations need to be set, more resources need to be given to achieve the results they desire. More quality training, consistent standards, clear path to advancement (there is currently none, hiring is based on the buddy system regardless of what they say).
