I worked there for 5 years. without having a promotion. Only Technically they promoted, but not increase the band or level.
Job scoping/leveling is off by 1, which impacts your salary range. Job is demanding and managers don't like to pay mid-point. They make you feel undeserving if you ask to be paid competitively.
the increment is lower than inflation rate. not able to enjoy/utilize canteen subsidy given as i prep my own lunch (healthier and cheaper) and the canteen subsidy could not use to other meal time except lunch.
Non-technical job fields lag in offering competitive pay.
