We are in the company to help and work with children. The company though should pay us better and give us the actual time we work in pay. I get paid half what a normal teacher gets paid. We should also be treated like we matter.

The kids make me happy to come in.

We are personable, work well together, get along with kids.

We try and make it fun and energetic for the kids.

Standing up for its employees and making sure they are happy and provided for

2 people were in the room and one of them works directly with me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do not care about us they but more stress, paperwork, and expectations but we are not compensated for it.
