The health benefits are excellent and affordable

They do not care about us they but more stress, paperwork, and expectations but we are not compensated for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to solve problems.
We are personable, work well together, get along with kids.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop being fearful and think and act independently to unify productivity and teamwork.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Opportunity for growth and a lot of encouragement to continue to grow
We try and make it fun and energetic for the kids.

I liked the interaction with supervisors and the honesty about the job. The process seemed slow however.
