Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- Better compensation is needed for employees who want to make a living. Current wages below management level are not enough to make a living and they are often minimum wage or below.
Low pay, high turnover, micromanaging, no career advancement.
Workload was doubled without any increase in compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Involve you and appreciate your input
- Teams are diverse, creative, resourceful and hard working.
The team members were trying to cope with the unfairness and nepotism of the job opportunities.
I find my team caring and supporting.
everyone has their say and are not shy about sharing. they are creative and always looking for ways to improve our service. they also care about each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
share success and knowledge. avoid silos. regular communication. global perspective.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Relaxed but effective. Flexible working hours and location
People from different parts of the world
Teammates are good and surpervisors are kind and understanding.

open plan in set-up and in practice. all views equally welcome efficient and practical rather than luxurious
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To be more transparent and honest in what & how they do things

continue to improve the physical environment. its happening but more to be done. let people know more often how they are appreciated

The interviewee was quite nice, but she had been there only about a year herself, so I was worried from the beginning
