Keywords is a company full of nepotism and progressism philosophy, as a straight male you'll find yourself full of disadvantages as well as prejudices against you. Be careful against the propaganda and envy against you, if u prove urself to be + skilled or smarter than your superiors you're doomed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To he more honest and Less hypocrite.and appearance based.
