Mr. Donald Harvey, also known as Don, has been Senior Vice President of Leadership Development at Kforce Inc. since September 19, 2017. Mr. Harvey Strategic Accounts President at Kforce Inc. He was Co-Founder of VistaRMS, Inc and served as Chief Executive Officer. He focused primarily on policy and strategic planning and business development direction. Mr. Harvey has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and started his own company, Vista Computer Services. In 1998 he joined forces with Kye Mitchell to create VistaRMS, focusing on telecommunications and IT staffing. Mr. Harvey joined Kforce as part of the National Accounts Team and since moved into several different roles including Market Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Market President. Prior to establishing an entrepreneurial career, he managed and lead Information Technology organizations in the private sector. He also served in Vietnam as an infantry soldier with the 1st Cavalry Division. He was wounded several times and is the recipient of the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. Mr. Harvey received his degree in Information Technology from New York City College of Technology.
