Very open and good communication. Very supportive and encouraging

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Theyre manipulative and play head games with their employees to push a sale. Any notion they give about helping is completely false.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay based on high performance
My 401k is pretty decent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are too expensive. No equity opportunities for top producers.
Need work privacy and location now
makes you feel like the potential is there but really its not.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people and winning environment
Always available and able to assist
They are all so positive, hard working, and truly want the best for eachother

They listen well just, needs a fair chance at moving forward...

Need to improve: everything about communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are always ways to engage with your coworkers and Kforce does a great job with staying connected for the top down
