What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Kforce?
I wish I had known that there was such a large difference between the different locations. For instance being assigned from Charlotte you have a great relationship with the personnel while you cannot get a phone call returned from the Denver location and you have been working with the same company for over three years.
What unique perks and benefits does Kforce provide?
There are some really cool perks that you normally find with fortune 100 companies such as corporate rates for your cell phone.
What's the IT team like at Kforce?
From a corporate perspective, they are extremely responsive to any questions or issues that may pop up for you.
How's the leadership on the IT team at Kforce?
This would depend on which office you are assigned out of. If you are referring to the corporate office, I have found them delightful. The Charlotte, NC office will go out of their way to help you; but I have not had the same level of responsiveness out of the Denver, Colorado office as I would have expected. The Charlotte office will check on you at least once a week. They are not intrusive, just concerned about your well being.
What's the pay like for IT roles at Kforce?
It normally depends on your skill level for the position you are applying for and what the position pays. I have found that Kforce is generous and will pay you time and half if you work overtime. Many employers do not want you to work over 40 hours though.
