its been good, though not the greatest experience. it has its pros and cons but eventually the cons outweigh the pros for me. mostly have to do with manager's incompetency of leading. sometimes i do wonder if ineffective leadership stems from the top and trickles downwards.

Benefits are still fairly good considering that the company is not profitable.

They try to be as transparent as possible. Or at least they give the perception that they want to hear what you have to say.
