Great experience with the company after over 1 year in the office!

Fantastic company. Puts its employees first and makes them feel valued, including entry-level employees. We all go to work knowing that our work is valued and recognized, and at the same time knowing that WE as employees are also seen and valued.

Everyone was transparent and so nice and wasy to talk to. They weren't just like that for the interview though, that's just how they are in real life too!

The boys club culture needs to change and management either needs an overhaul or be provided some professional training/support. Leadership is really lacking as its a bunch of men who can't admit they don't know what they are doing and it hurts those who are actually doing the work.
