I have had great interactions with everyone I've met. Leadership says they are very picky about who they hire for culture purposes and it shows in a great way.

Everyone was transparent and so nice and wasy to talk to. They weren't just like that for the interview though, that's just how they are in real life too!

its been good, though not the greatest experience. it has its pros and cons but eventually the cons outweigh the pros for me. mostly have to do with manager's incompetency of leading. sometimes i do wonder if ineffective leadership stems from the top and trickles downwards.

During my time there I can say I've learned a lot, not just for my professional growth but mainly learning how to deal with adversity and sexism. It is something I've never experienced that was so blatantly visible yet passively applied to my every day work life.
