Kids On The Move Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview was conversational, allowing me to share my passion, hopes, and worries.

The team followed up regularly with me.

The people I interviewed with were personable and made it a less stressful experience.

That there were three people in my interviews and that they all seemed very concerned about hiring the right people for the job.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The interview was friendly and welcoming with 3 directors present. They worked around my schedule and helped me find a time for the interview. I felt welcomed and secure throughout the process.

Simple and quick answer and hiring

The questions are interesting and get to the point of what employees need to progress as a company.

During the interview process i was basically interviewed by a group rather than one on one so it was not as intimidating.

The warmness of the interviewer and her support

I only did one online interview because I was out of the country when I applied for the position. I wasn't overly nervous about the interview process.

How helpful everyone is. They make sure to thoughtfully answer your questions and are willing to help.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I was interviewed by a team that asked specific questions about my reasons for wanting to work for them. They also asked questions that related directly to what my job would be. Then, I was given a hands-on opportunity to show my skills.

My manager made me feel very welcome and asked thought provoking questions. I was able to easily discuss how I could fit into the organization and team.

The varied questions. Getting to know me and not just my qualifications. Quick process

I liked that there were multiple interviewers (4) and that they were not intimidating. The conversation was easy and I felt like I understood the job description well.
