I was interviewed by a team that asked specific questions about my reasons for wanting to work for them. They also asked questions that related directly to what my job would be. Then, I was given a hands-on opportunity to show my skills.
My manager made me feel very welcome and asked thought provoking questions. I was able to easily discuss how I could fit into the organization and team.
