Constancy on the reasons for a lower rate then another store or city or size of the store. I have been given all kinds of reaaons for nit getting the best pay rate for my job.

Stop adding more work with worse home office direction and communication. Accountability from home office on their short sighted decitions that affects store sales and reducing teams ability to make goal for end of month bonus.
