No being preditorized by management because I know how to do my job and try my hardest every day and they are fakes and have fried everything in the building

It is positive and negative. Most of work hard and enjoy our jobs and coworkers. There is a handful of young individuals that are causing a negative environment

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of some people that are a cancer a That are getting rid of help that knows how to run and work on the machines and run them management is the problem the people has been killing thereselves holding all this together only to get spit on regardless

The whole overall work experience, I love going to the supermarket ant seeing our products on the self and know that I helped to make it happen.
