He was responsible for the field selling organization, distribution strategy and execution and the achievement of National's profitable growth goals. He joined Kimball International, Inc. in 1996, building a solid background in both front line and management sales. Mr. McCoy has solid background of experience in the office furniture industry, having spent nine years at National and Kimball Office. He has front line and management sales experience. He has a track record of personnel development, effective distribution management and implementing focused vertical market programs leading to exemplary results. Mr. McCoy is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Political Science.
