What makes you most happy at work?
We have the american made products , a quick delievery process and having the ability to essentially run our own business with adding new cliental everyday.
Knowing that the organization is supportive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Impossible pay plan in my opinion.. zero leads Very saturated market with Kimball reps in a territory I was led to believe was all mine. Very saturated with other companies. Kimball has good products but 20% higher cost than most and these days everyone is looking to spend less not 20% more
