What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very kind and supportive, training was pretty good too. Felt misled after I started about my territory because it was completly saturated by several current kimball reps who had all "cornerstone" business established. I felt I was picking through the bones and chasing my tail.
Family owned, lesd by example
Friendly to everyone no matter who it is and working towards a common goal.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Recently pay structure change ensures every position is being paid per market.
Controlling my own paycheck and quality insurance package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits and 401k need work.

Fun, respectful, easy going, hustle, working

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Impossible pay plan in my opinion.. zero leads Very saturated market with Kimball reps in a territory I was led to believe was all mine. Very saturated with other companies. Kimball has good products but 20% higher cost than most and these days everyone is looking to spend less not 20% more
