I've worked for the Kimpton Sawyer hotel in Sacramento, California for going on 4 years now since before we were even open and I have to say I wake up every morning and smile when I think about going to work that day. Not alot of people can say that. Thank you Kimpton.

They have understanding and a compassion for the job same as I do. We are a big family.

They are just like my brother and sisters we all do great things together in and outside of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody's concern with how one is doing, making sure your day is going well and if not they are there to try and help make it better.
