Passionate, highly skilled, and motivated to do what is right for the patients.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Improve management skills to better manage employee's and their needs specifically. The management skills are so poor it's sad.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management only cares about productivity and numbers rather than taking each patient and their needs into consideration, along with setting their employees up to fail.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually talk about skills and what attributes the employee brings to the table. Also being honest about the hostile environment that management creates for their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I were to be respected for the skills and talent I bring to the table and allowing me to work the way I work best without micromanaging me.
