They are all very talented. They are all team players. They all put patient care first. Most ethical team I have ever worked with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always have my back and are supportive. They set realistic but challenging goals which encourage me to always improve. They believe in me and give me the independence to find creative solutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise would be nice - I have worked there for 9 years with no raise. But that is something our branch leadership team has no control over - national mgt decisions. I would also appreciate updated equipment AND equipment compatible with the job they expect me to do.
