Loved taking care of my patients ..work environment from management was horrible..no support on call during the after hrs after seeing 7,8,9 patients during the day up doing paper work to 10 or 11 at night

They are all scared to tell management how things can be done better ...or suggest anything without getting written up or fired

Treat the nurses who do all the work better and don,t dump all the managements work on then and say i don,t get paid for it so pass it on the nurses who are driving around seeing patients and have them take intake phone calls
