Growing company that produces strong products embraced by customers. Company has gone through some changes in leadership but I am optimistic that we are headed in the right direction. There are "culture clusters" by location (CA/GA/retail) but there are efforts to establish unity.

Smart people who respect our CEO. Collectively, they care for employees and as leaders, each strives to excel in our industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO and family owners are very kind and care for people. Its their family culture that positively impacts the culture of the company.
