What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor was accessible.
The leadership team is very visible and they are concerned about all members of the K&S team.
Allow you to do your job without being micro manager.
Our leadership team is incredibly busy, but still manages to find time for me when I have questions. Also, everyone on the leadership team has been at the firm for a while so there is a great deal of teamwork and respect that has been built up over the years.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The dental and health benefits were excellent.
K&S offers a wide variety of benefit options!
Firm provides great base pay.
The benefits are awesome. K&S has cancer screening options, identity gaurd to help protect against identity theft, and chair massages every week in the Atlanta office. I also really like the profit sharing portion of my compensation package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been excellent! They have been more then willing to show me the ropes and help in any way possible.
We all work well together and people carry their own weight.
Everyone on my team has a great work ethic. They are dependable and we truly work well as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Really smart people who work very hard.
The culture is great. We work really hard but still find time for team building events like the weekly chair massages in the office or cookouts. We had king of pops come into the office a few weeks ago which was really nice.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I most enjoyed meeting potential co-workers and gearing their experiences.
Great interaction with the HR team, always felt like I was in the loop and had someone to reach out to.
I got to meet several members of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing my goals made me the happiest.
The people I work with as well as the learning environment.

I'm still pretty new to the firm but the thing that makes me most happy to come into the office every day is the consistency of my team. I left my previous job because my team had so much turnover. Everyone on my team at K&S has worked at the firm for several years. They are very dependable.
