What did you like most about the interview process?I liked that the candidate experience was taken into account; you could tell that I was treated with respect. I also felt that I was able to speak with a wide cross-section of the team, and it was refreshing that everyone had consistent things to say about the company's mission.
What do you like best about the leadership team? It's obvious that they care a lot. They care about each and every employee, listen to our concerns, and take what we say seriously. The Leadership Team always hears what every single equity holder in the business has to say, which I think is rare in this environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We always say we're a learning organization. We make lots of mistakes, and we're actually proud of that. Not because it's cool to make mistakes, but because it shows you're treading new water, trying new things, pioneering something. That's what I most enjoy about our culture.
