Fully focussed on results. High engagement

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
THERE IS NO LEADERSHIP!!! THEY TELL YOU YOURE ON YOU OWN.
They just get things done no matter how much quality is it. It doesn't matter to them how much effort you put in they are just interested in getting things achieved no matter what.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was very competitive and the year on year hikes were also quite good
health care budget and RSU+ESPP to boost my sense of belonging in the company
Travel compensation, stock plan are attractive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only get payed 2 dollars an hour
They paid me very less. You can't even compare yourself with people within company same division they will says jts different function group. Difference would be even 2x even though both are doing useless work of software bug fix..
What are some of the best things about your team?
I had some great friends who were intelligent as well as kind
effective, lean, and clear work scope of each IC.
Coworkers are very helpful and friendly
Workaholic Sarcastic Lazy & confidenceless teams Tami and Tamil only even in meetings.

The people in Chennai office are quite good and helpful
we are supportive of each other for a common goal.
Drive and focus on results. No nonsense

Try to appreciate and respect everyone's contribution in the company
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was smooth, indepth and tested the knowledge of the candidate
it was just a discussion session for me to understand each other. No difficult technical question nor finale type of question that puts you in a very embarrassing situation.
