I've had a firm belief that Klein tools made some of, if not the best hand tools on the market. I'm a believer in quality and you can believe in Klein having a spot in my bag any day of the week.
The people made me happy
evaluate the work environment, starting with managers, eliminate nepotism and standardize processes and communication channels.
I'm very happy here. A lot of opportunity for growth and there is truly a strong sense of teamwork. Leadership believes in their mission and values and live them out each day.
