Ambitious, creative and mission-based. They are driven to develop the most innovative and high quality tools available.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to be hones about that employes wil work by porcent and no by hour. The 95% go by many pieces made in in chort time.

There is a shared drive to take care of our end users. Everyone is working towards a common goal.

People trying to work together and that made the enviroment feel good
People care about each other. The leadership team considers the impact their decisions have on the team and plans accordingly.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It is detailed. They take the time to make sure you are as comfortable with them as they are with you. They want to know the person and a deep level, not just whether or not they can do the job.

The people made me happy
Seeing progress. Whether it's growing teams or new products being launched. It is clear we are seeing tremendous success and it's exciting

evaluate the work environment, starting with managers, eliminate nepotism and standardize processes and communication channels.
