Generally pretty good at retrospecting and realizing where mistakes were made.

High base salary. Flexible vacation and work-from-home policy. Although I'm pretty sure this is only true for the Engineering department.

Very strong culture of ownership so people care about their output and want to see it succeed; great collaboration on projects and design proposals.

People show a lot of ownership; there is a strong desire to share knowledge, which makes it easy to learn a lot and grow your career.
