Set more realistic goals and outcomes
They need to communicate more with lower level employees to understand what really can be accomplished and stop promising clients unrealistic things.
Better health coverage, family planning and fertility benefits
Yearly raises based on performance.
Kobie constantly restructures their departments, leadership flounders around a lot, and often processes are very undefined. There's no clear job definitions for proper career advancement and they refuse to hire more employees due to most departments being "under allocated." (50+h weeks are normal)
Pay is below industry standards. New employees are not getting trained because existing employees are over-worked.
Remove the silos and let people work directly together instead of having everyone enter tickets to communicate
Teams aren't helping each other because they are too busy trying to cover themselves for higher level unrealistic expectations.
Recruiters and workforce need a better plan of action for communication. Took me months to be hired.
