What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to focus on more professional clients. The system sounds good in theory but ends up being like you're in a vice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In terms of designers, our work as artist are already regarded as lesser. Konsus' clients and project managers feel even less so.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are all kind of thrown together like sardines on this site and somehow we never really get to work with each other by choice. Not sure.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This isn't the ideal space for designers. Projects are taken as seriously as macaroni art. Clients need to be held to a standard as well.

Work Culture, Flexible Schedule, Motvating Management, Collabarative Team
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When clients are requesting a project, it should be that they can fill out a questionnaire of some sorts for the type of project they need.
