Mr. Michael J. Zugay, also known as Mike, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Koppers Holdings Inc. and Koppers Inc. since August 18, 2014. Mr. Zugay leads all aspects of Koppers global financial and Information Technology functions. In addition, Mr. Zugay provides oversight of Koppers Holdings investor relations functions and participates in the advancement of key strategic growth initiatives. He has over 30 years of financial and operational experience. Mr. Zugay served as a Co-Chief Executive Officer for Michael Baker Corporation from 2012 to 2014 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from April 1, 2009 to 2014. Mr. Zugay served as an Executive Vice President at Michael Baker Corporation since April 1, 2009 and served in its Office of the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Zugay served as Chief Administrative Officer at Michael Baker Corporation since August 2011. Mr. Zugay served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of iGATE Corporation from April 2, 2001 to April 1, 2008 and served as its Corporate Secretary since April 2001. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development of iGATE Corporation from February 1998 to April 2, 2001. Mr. Zugay previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of iGATE Corp. from March 1995 to January 1998 and its Corporate Secretary from March 1995 to April 2000. Before joining iGATE in March 1995, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bliss-Salem Inc., a provider of products to the steel industry. Prior to that, he served in various financial positions in the steel industry and spent 6 years in public accounting at KPMG. He serves as a Director of Koppers Australia Pty Limited. Mr. Zugay serves as a Director of Koppers Inc. since May 2015. He has been a Director at Koppers Australia Holding Company Pty. Ltd. since May 1, 2015. He served as a Director of Air2web Inc. Mr. Zugay is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
