What are you most excited about working at KPA?
The innovation, collaboration , teamwork, culture is great! We have free ice-cream every month, free meals, snacks and different events depending on the month. Also, the tuition reimbursement and 2 paid volunteer days each year!
What's the office vibe like at KPA?
Semi-casual. fast paced.

Close teams, collaborative, like family.
What interview questions does KPA ask?
Depends on position they are all tailored.
What's the interview process like at KPA?
You get an email or call for a 30 minute phone screen. After you will do a phone screen with hiring manager. If you get through both of these, you will come in person to meet the hiring manager and perhaps the team and maybe even possibly the Executive team and CEO. Depending on schedules and position. You can be subjected to a technical test where you showcase training or complete a test. You will go through and OPUS review for personality and after that, you either received a verbal offer and on to hiring or not.
What part of KPA's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
EHS has grown the fastest. Our HRdrive product is slower.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at KPA?
Training our Managers. We tend to promote within, which is GREAT. What we need to improve on is training our managers on how to be great leaders! More training.
How's the work life balance at KPA?
In the Tech world specifically. Work life balance is far better than other companies. You rarely (VERY rare) get called in the middle of the night to fix something. If you have a regular office job, hours are pretty flexible and if you have an appointment you are free to come and go. If you are out in the field, you make your own schedule with client's.
Does KPA have any remote positions?
Yes, although, depends on the position and locations.
How does KPA make decisions around promotions?
Promotions are performance driven. With a small company like KPA, there are many opportunities for employees.
How's the vacation policy at KPA?
First 5 years you get 15 days PTO After 5 it is 20 days PTO After 10 it is 25 days PTO
