What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new CEO brings more dynamic and refreshing leadership
They are blunt, innovative, and caring.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There was no supervision what so ever
They intimidate and yell. They expect you to disassemble a 800 lb bariatric bed on your own to get it in the truck because they have inadequate vehicles.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Variable and benefits are very well balanced
Overtime and good pay, vacation time that continues to grow
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better wages and better benefit and more holiday off
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork mindset and operating mechanisms support interactions
They are hard working and professional. They only hire the best.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is clarity in the strategy which boosts engagement
It is open door. CEO is very straightforward but also caring. He has a short temper but takes care of his employees and often takes an interest as you as a person, your family, etc.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think they are too far gone. How can managers "laugh" at someone that is struggling with lifting beds and are scared to ask a question because they get intimidated & laughed at? Makes no sense to me & these "managers" loved making fun of those that struggled.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Demanding but respectful discussions with more people not only HR and the hiring manager
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interviewers and human resources are professional but upper management sometimes crosses the line during interviews so as to see how potential employees handle stress. Not all management does this, but some do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fix the issues with management. Start over & STOP laughing at those that want to learn and put in the time and have the desire to succeed to only have it taken away by rude, mean, and incompetent management.
