There is clarity in the strategy which boosts engagement
It is open door. CEO is very straightforward but also caring. He has a short temper but takes care of his employees and often takes an interest as you as a person, your family, etc.
I think they are too far gone. How can managers "laugh" at someone that is struggling with lifting beds and are scared to ask a question because they get intimidated & laughed at? Makes no sense to me & these "managers" loved making fun of those that struggled.
