The annual bonus is definitely a big plus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I worked for several companies before. Working in KRT it doesn't feel like going to a traditional company, it feels more like a family business.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very polite but challenging. After working for the company I realized the demands of the interview keeps equality with the worth of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love our project management process. As a team, we manage daily fairly amount of projects in a very organized way and each person of the team collaborates very well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team shows genuinely influence and connection with each employee of the company. I never had the experience before knowing a leadership staff so committed to keeping such an amazing company culture through constant encouragement, friendship, and teamwork.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm a Graphic Designer and I truly love my profession. Unfortunately, designers can experience different work environments, most of them not necessarily positive. At this point, working in KRT has been an amazing experience. I work every day with gratitude and a sense of privilege.
