Very positive. While I haven't been with the firm as long as many others, I am made to feel that my contributions are as important and valued as those made by others who have been with the company for many years.
What makes you most happy at work?
The culture and opportunity to advance my career, as well as my interactions with the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cooperation and involvement. We hold each other accountable and feel comfortable about vocalizing our thoughts, ideas and preferences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Openness and sharing. We are each champions for each other (and the Agency). We are VERY client focused and have great relationships with each one of them (could even say that our clients are champions of ours).
What did you like most about the interview process?
The acknowledgement of my strengths and skills; a clear understanding of what my role would be and how I could best contribute to the organization; the atmosphere within the company, and the people I met during my interviews.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not eligible for stock participation (which is why I said no), but look forward to that opportunity if it were made available. Otherwise, I believe that my compensation/benefits package is more than competitive than what my peers are receiving.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am made to feel a valued member of the team. My contributions are recognized by Leadership and I am given every opportunity to receive training to keep me at the top of my game. A major difference and positive influence over previous positions in prior jobs. Great environment and team approach.
