They are willing to take feedback and actively work to communicate the goals and direction of the company

Because I am a conservative Fair minded individual who goes who goes against democratic liberal policies

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture itself is positive... eveyone working together to achieve the same goal
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sincerely show your employees you want to help them grow. At least in the department I was in, it felt too political in a way that shows certain people in upper management wanting to look good on the outside. Work life needs more balance. Engagement is lacked.
