Kueski has a wonderful work environment and very contributing. Due to this contributing environment, sometimes it lacks hierarchy. Basically, you are assigned to lead some project but you are barely involved in related meetings and you have priorities changed without even being asked.

Open minded, not so much hierarchy, team members have direct channel to the leadership team for them to speak about any issue or proposal. Willing to adapt to changes (well not all, but most them are). Overall the leadership team in Kueski are a great team.
