My compensation, I feel, it ranks on the lowest segment of what the market valuation is. My compensation is not enough to allow me fulfill my needs with ease and to have savings capability.

The monetary compensations are acceptable, I found them like sufficient as there are other great advantages that are not precisely monetary that make you forgive that there exist better compensations available out there.
